Mushroom, mink, taupe: whatever you call it, this is the colour interior designers reach for when grey feels too cool and beige too light. The Tapison Home Torino 063.0078.8283 sits right in that sweet spot, a soft greyish brown with flecks of copper and darker espresso that give it warmth and depth.
It is one of the most versatile shades a floor can have. Taupe pairs naturally with oak in any tone, with linen and wool in oatmeal or stone, and with accents in rust, olive or black. In a bedroom it feels cocooning; in a living room it softens the space without drawing attention away from your furniture.
The low pile is dense and soft, with fine ribbed lines through it and a taupe bound edge. Woven in Belgium from polyester, the Torino 063.0078.8283 keeps its colour and copes easily with daily use; regular vacuuming keeps it at its best. You are welcome to see it in our rug shop and showroom in Willebroek, in the Antwerp region, easily accessible from Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen and Sint-Niklaas. Online, we deliver free across Europe and you have 30 days to return.
