FAQ: Rectangular Rugs

What’s the best rug size for under a sofa or dining table?
For most sofa setups, 200×300 cm is a safe starting point. Under dining tables, choose a rug that extends 60 to 70 cm beyond the table on all sides.

Can I order a rectangular rug in a custom size?
Yes. Many collections are available made-to-measure. Just contact us with the size you need, and we’ll check the options for you.

Do rectangular rugs suit small rooms too?
Absolutely. In smaller spaces, they help visually open up the room, especially in light colours.

Which material should I choose?
That depends on how you use the room. Wool and tencel feel soft and luxurious, while flatweaves are great for easy cleaning and daily use. Ask us and we’ll help you compare.
