Grey on pale grey, like rain on a window. In Acsento Papyrus Silver, rows of soft pewter marks cross a light ground somewhere between cream and silver. The marks blur and thin out here and there, so the pattern never becomes rigid.
It is a cool, calm rug that loves concrete, steel and stone, and equally a simple Scandinavian room with pale wood and white walls. Add texture around it: a wool throw, a linen sofa, a rough ceramic vase. Grey this soft goes with nearly every colour you put next to it.
Technically it is a machine woven Belgian rug in heatset polypropylene, with a full pile of 11 mm that feels soft under bare feet. It is suitable for use on underfloor heating. Vacuum it weekly and blot any spill with a dry cloth as soon as you notice it.
You can see and feel our rugs in our rug shop and showroom in Willebroek, in the Antwerp region, easily accessible from Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen and Sint-Niklaas. Delivery is free across Europe and you have 30 days to return.
