Acsento Siena 45 looks as if a painter worked across it with a wide, dry brush. Short horizontal strokes in rust, ochre, charcoal and soft sage stack up into loose towers on a cream ground, each stroke fading at its edges.
The design is lively, yet the earthy palette keeps it easy to live with. It ties together oak, linen and stone and gives a neutral living room a clear focal point. Leave part of the pattern free of furniture so the composition can be seen.
Siena is machine woven in Belgium, with a soft, slightly lustrous pile of 7.5 mm. The yarn is 75% recycled polyester and 25% polyester, the backing non slip latex. It suits underfloor heating and can be made to measure. Vacuum regularly and blot spills with a clean cloth.
