Earth Bamboo Desert Sand is a sand coloured wool and bamboo silk rug as pale and luminous as a dune at midday. The colour is quiet but never flat: soft mottling brings depth, and the bamboo silk adds a fine sheen that brightens wherever the sun falls across it. To the touch it feels cool and smooth, with the substance of good wool beneath.
Choose it for rooms filled with light, where the floor should stay airy: a living room with whitewashed walls and linen slipcovers, a dining area around a travertine table, a bedroom in chalk and oatmeal tones. Natural textures love it, from jute baskets to a terracotta pot with an olive tree. The 200 x 300 cm size suits most seating areas.
Made by hand in India, the rug pairs New Zealand wool and bamboo silk at 50% apiece. It works well with underfloor heating. Because it is handwoven, size and shade can differ a little from piece to piece, which is natural for handwork. Protect it from moisture, blot stains right away, vacuum without a rotating brush and choose a specialist for deeper cleaning.

We offer free delivery anywhere in the European Union on all rug orders. Every rug is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Delivery times vary by stock location and are shown on each product page. Rugs in stock at our showroom ship within 3 working days; items coming from external warehouses or production require additional processing time.
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns
You have 30 days to return your rug from our standard collection, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
