Rya Cream is a cream high pile wool rug that invites you to step off the bed barefoot. Its long, loose pile is thick and buoyant, in a clean creamy white that softens every edge of a room. The plain colour lets the shaggy texture take the lead, with light and shadow playing between the strands.
In a bedroom it turns the first steps of the day into a small pleasure, at the foot of the bed or along one side. Layer it over a pale wooden floor, with linen bedding, a rattan chair and a few dried grasses for an airy Nordic feel. It is just as lovely in a reading corner or a calm living room with light sofas.
Woven by hand in India using 100% New Zealand wool, the rug continues the rya, a Scandinavian tradition of long, shaggy rugs. You may lay it on underfloor heating. Since it is made by hand, you will find small differences in size and colour tone. For care, shake it out or vacuum gently on a low setting without a brush. Some loose fibres during the first weeks are normal.

We offer free delivery anywhere in the European Union on all rug orders. Every rug is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Delivery times vary by stock location and are shown on each product page. Rugs in stock at our showroom ship within 3 working days; items coming from external warehouses or production require additional processing time.
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns
You have 30 days to return your rug from our standard collection, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return costs within the EU
– Up to 250 cm wide: Free
– 251 cm and above: €75

– We cannot organise the return
