Columns Multi Color is a handwoven rug in wool and cotton where blocks of orange, cornflower blue, brick red and charcoal line up in columns on a neutral base. Inspired by Anni Albers, the Bauhaus weaver who turned colour into structure, it feels lively without ever becoming loud, and it is finished with fringes on the short ends.

The colours give a modern interior instant personality. Lay it in a bright living room with a pale sofa, chrome and black lacquer, or use it to bring a calm bedroom to life. 140 x 200 cm works in a bedroom or study, 170 x 240 cm and 200 x 300 cm in a living room, and 250 x 350 cm and 300 x 400 cm under a large sofa arrangement or dining table.

Woven by hand on a handloom in India from 80% wool and 20% cotton, about 1.5 cm thick (1 cm in 250 x 350 and 300 x 400 cm). Every piece is finished by hand to create the characteristic double layer effect, and handwork means small variations in size and shade. Suitable for underfloor heating. Do not wash the rug: vacuum regularly without a beater bar or rotating brush, blot spills straight away with a dry white cloth, and trim any loose yarn with scissors rather than pulling it. For a deep clean, professional cleaning is recommended.
