Knot 499 Purper is a deep, full purple with real presence, like the old slate roofs of a Welsh village glistening after rain. In a living room it looks confident beside a sofa in ochre bouclé and a side table in light elm.
Knot is coarse and bold. Thick wool is woven into a pronounced, knotted structure that you see and feel with every step. It gives a room real presence and character, even in the quietest colour.
Perletta handweaves every Knot rug in Morocco from New Zealand wool. At about 2.5 cm thick and 3.2 kg per m², it feels heavy and generous underfoot and stays firmly in place. Turn it once a year and it wears evenly.
Knot 499 Purper is made to measure, up to 400 cm wide and in any length. The lead time is about 6 to 8 weeks and delivery is free. For advice on size or colour, you are welcome in our showroom in Willebroek.
