Salsa 491 Lavender is a soft, cool purple with the faded charm of an old silk ribbon kept in a sewing box. It suits a bedroom with pale grey walls, a bedspread in white cotton and a chair in light oak.
Salsa has an evenly woven texture with a subtle surface. It looks calm and balanced, feels warm underfoot, and fits as easily in a modern interior as in a classic one.
Perletta handweaves every Salsa rug in Morocco from New Zealand wool. It is about 1.3 cm thick and weighs 2.7 kg per m², so it lies flat and suits underfloor heating. It can be used on both sides: turn or flip it once a year and it wears evenly. An anti-slip underlay keeps it firmly in place.
