Karma Nougat Brown is a brown bamboo silk rug with the warmth of soft caramel. The washed colour moves from milky beige to a deeper nougat, unevenly, as if the sun had faded it over the years, and a gentle sheen plays across the surface wherever the light lands. Barefoot, it feels silky and smooth.
Its warm tone makes it an easy partner for a cognac leather sofa, walnut furniture and cream walls, and it brings comfort to a living room that leans towards the industrial. In a bedroom it gives a soft landing for the first steps of the day. The round version of Ø 300 cm creates a cosy island under a pair of lounge chairs or in a reading corner, next to rectangular formats up to 250 x 350 cm.
This rug is woven by hand in India in 100% bamboo silk and works well with underfloor heating. Handwork brings small differences in dimensions and shade, which is exactly what gives each piece its own face. Keep it away from water, vacuum it without a brush, dab up spills immediately with a dry cloth and have it cleaned professionally when needed.
