The Marimekko Lokki Black 133905 rug plays with contrast in a calm, confident way. The flowing Lokki pattern moves across the surface like gentle waves, alternating deep black with warm neutral tones. Graphic at first glance, surprisingly soft once it’s part of the room. Hand-tufted in India from 100% wool, this rug has a rich, dense feel underfoot. The sculpted design adds subtle depth and texture, giving the surface a tactile quality without becoming visually busy. It’s a piece that feels considered rather than loud. Lokki Black works beautifully in contemporary interiors where balance matters. Think clean lines, natural woods, stone or concrete surfaces, and a limited colour palette. The pattern brings rhythm; the colours keep things grounded. You can experience this rug in person at our showroom in Willebroek, centrally located and known as one of the largest rug destinations in Belgium. Prefer online?
