Louis de Poortere Gallery Stones Cookie 2087 is a warm and balanced design that immediately brings a sense of calm into a modern interior. The rounded abstract shapes flow naturally across the surface in layered tones of brown, sand and soft beige. Nothing feels sharp or dominant, which makes this rug easy to live with and pleasant to look at every day.
Within the Gallery Stones collection, Cookie 2087 stands out for its softer colour palette and gentle rhythm. It adds depth without visual noise and works especially well in spaces where you want warmth without losing a contemporary feel. The design feels expressive, but never busy.
The rug is flatwoven with a dense yet flexible structure that feels comfortable underfoot while remaining practical for everyday use. It lies flat, works perfectly with underfloor heating and is easy to maintain, making it suitable for living rooms, dining areas and open spaces that are used intensively.
In styling, Cookie 2087 combines naturally with wood, leather and other warm materials. It softens modern architecture, complements mid-century furniture and brings balance to minimalist interiors without drawing too much attention to itself.
