Terracotta does something to a room that few colours can: it warms it up at once. Acsento Origin Brick layers brick red, rust and burnt orange in fine woven lines, with dark brown threads that give the colour depth.
The texture is lightly nubby and matt, so the red never turns loud. It sits beautifully on an oak floor next to rattan, cane and plenty of green plants, and it is just as good under a dining table where you want colour without a busy pattern.
This is a Belgian rug, machine woven in polyester. The pile is low at 8 mm, chairs slide over it easily and the latex backing keeps it in place. Underfloor heating is no problem. For care, a regular vacuum is enough, and spills are best blotted with a dry cloth before they settle.
You can see and feel our rugs in our rug shop and showroom in Willebroek, in the Antwerp region, easily accessible from Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen and Sint-Niklaas. Delivery is free across Europe and you have 30 days to return.
