No corners, no straight lines. Acsento Malmö is shaped like a pebble smoothed by water, and built up in three rings: an ivory heart, a band of warm beige, and an outer edge of thick, curly wool in greige. The pile climbs from 12 mm in the middle to 30 mm at the rim.
An organic rug loosens a room full of straight furniture. Put it under two easy chairs, in front of the fireplace or beside the bed, and let it lie free so its outline can be seen. On concrete or dark wood the pale wool stands out best.
Malmö is hand tufted in India in wool, with a cotton backing. The sizes given are the widest points of the shape, and as with all handmade pieces they can vary slightly, as can the shade. Vacuum carefully, working with a smooth nozzle and taking it easy on the high outer edge. New wool sheds for a few weeks. Blot spills right away.

Delivery
Delivery is free within the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Every rug is carefully packed and shipped with tracking. Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. For made-to-measure rugs and items on request, the lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed with your order.
Outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are paid by the customer.
Returns
You have 30 days to return a rug from our standard collection, unused and undamaged, in its original packaging where possible. Returns within the EU are free, in any size: contact us and we organise the return for you.
From outside the EU, you arrange the return yourself. Customs duties and import taxes are deducted from the refund.
Made-to-measure rugs
Rugs made to measure or personalised for you cannot be returned or cancelled.
Our showroom in Willebroek holds hundreds of rugs and a wide choice of samples. Feel the wool underfoot, see the colour in real life and get personal advice for your interior. The showroom is close to Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen and Sint Niklaas.
